KVC Priority Partner Program
Beginning in 2008, KVC instituted a new program which will reward loyal companies that support KVC by exhibiting and/or sponsoring conferences. Rewards include, but will not be limited to, prime space in exhibit hall, and recognition as a Priority Partner at the conference, on the KVC website and in PVMA’s quarterly magazine.
Companies will earn Priority Partner Points according to the following criteria. The points will be accumulated and updated annually and will be used to allocate exhibit space at future conferences.
How to Earn Points
- 5 points for every $5,000 in sponsorship
- 4 points for each year of exhibiting at Keystone Veterinary Conference
- 2 points if contract with full payment are postmarked by February 1, 2008
- 2 points for each consecutive year of exhibiting at Keystone Veterinary Conference
- 1 point for donating an item (minimum value of $100) to the PVF Silent Auction to be held during KVC
- 1 point for contributing items (minimum value of $10 per item) to insert into new member bags (approximately 75 items)
Booth Assignment Policy
- KVC desires to exhibit fairness in assigning booth spaces while rewarding those companies that have been supportive over the years. The following system is in effect, subject to modification at the discretion of the KVC Industry Relations Committee.
- Companies have the right to select the same booth space occupied the previous year if their exhibit contract is postmarked by April 1, 2008.
- Companies with the same number Priority Partner Points selecting the same booth will have the tie broken by the earlier date of payment of fees.
- Companies that do not exhibit for three consecutive years lose all accumulated points.
- Companies that do not exhibit in consecutive years lose their rights to their previous booth space.
- Companies that are new to KVC will be placed together and highlighted in a section of the exhibit hall.
- Companies will be placed on a waiting list based on date of receipt and number of Priority Partner Points if exhibit space is sold out.
- Companies that have not met their payment obligations may lose their assigned booth space regardless of Priority Partner Points if payment is not received by June 15, 2008.
- KVC reserves the right to reassign space, move exhibitors, or change the floor plan to provide the best possible venue for all exhibitors.

The Lightning Racer: $5000 & above

The Wildcat: $3000

All Sponsors Regardless of Their Sponsorship Level Will Receive the Following:
- Recognition in meeting programs and promotional materials (as the sponsors are confirmed)
- Signage at the lecture room (for speaker sponsors) or at the event (break and social event sponsors) and outside exhibit hall
- Recognition in the keystone veterinarian, PVMA’s quarterly magazine
- Recognition on the KVC website, www.keystonevetconference.org
- Verbal acknowledgement prior to the start of the speaker’s presentation (speaker sponsors) or at the event (keynote event, banquet, and lunch sponsors)
- Starburst sign designating sponsorship at their company’s booth in the exhibit hall
